Complimentary employee manuals available!
The long awaited ICBA employee manual is now available for ICBA members free of charge.
This generic manual has been designed to be edited to meet unique company policies and procedures.
Some of the policies discussed in this manual include: employment policies (working hours, attendance, and harassment), benefit policies (vacations, leaves and holidays) and compensation policies (overtime, minimum daily pay, and apprenticeships).
We have also included a template for averaging agreements. Averaging agreements are now legal and allow for flexibility in working schedules. This template has also been designed so that you can easily insert information specific to your company.
